Wimbledon Finals Day Doubles Tournament - entries open
Celebrate Wimbledon Finals Weekend with an afternoon of doubles tennis at Stony Stratford Lawn Tennis Club.
Date:
Saturday, 11th July at 1 pm.
Format:
• Enter as a pair (open doubles – men's, women's or mixed)
• Maximum 8 teams (16 players)
• 2 groups of 4
• Each team plays 3 group matches
• Top two teams from each group progress to the semi-finals
• Semi-finals and Final played as Championship Tie-breaks
Matches will be played over 8 games using no-ad scoring, with a deciding mini tie-break if the score reaches 4–4.

- No entry fee
After the tennis, we'll head into the clubhouse to enjoy the Wimbledon Final together, so feel free to bring along some food or snacks to share. Then kick onto the Cricket Club Beer and Prosecco festival to enjoy the live bands and dance the evening away through to 11pm, where the tennis club are sponsoring our usual barrel of beer. If demand is high, we'll look to expand the draw to 10 teams, so get your entries in early!
