Member Booking Rules

• The courts can be booked 14 days in advance from 6 am. In other words, when booking to play 14 days in advance the new booking sheets only become available from 6 am -- all other playing times within 14 days can be booked 24/7.
• Members should select their playing partners / opponents' names to show on the booking sheets. This will also allow sharing Airdome booking fees within the system (see Member Accounts below).
• Maximum 2 hours per member per day, except Juniors, Young Persons and Under 5s, max 1 hour per day.
• Weekday membership only allows playing Monday - Friday before 5pm, except Bank Holidays.
• Booking Fees
  • There are no court booking fees for the outdoor courts.
  • Airdome (courts 8 and 9, October - March)
    • Off-Peak: £5.00 per hour
    • Peak: £8.00 per hour
• Peak Times
  • Monday - Friday from 5 pm onwards
  • Saturday and Sunday finishing by 4 pm
  • All other times are off-peak
• Guest Fees
  • When playing a guest, you must select the appropriate guest fee for each guest as your playing partner/opponent.
    • Airdome
      • Adult £3 per hour
      • Junior (under 18) £1.50 per hour
    • Outdoor
      • Adult £1.5 per 30 mins
      • Junior (under 18) 75p per 30 mins
  • The system will automatically charge the guest fees to your booking system account (see Member Accounts below).
• You do not need to have sufficient system credit in order to select a guest fee, however, you will need to top-up your account in order to continue booking courts (see below)
• If you're no longer playing a Guest, you can change your playing partner/opponent to a member, and the Guest Fee will be automatically refunded.
• This can be done when you book the court or any time before playing, but cannot be done after start time. In other words, guest fees are non-refundable after start time.
• Cancellations & Refunds
  • When unable to use a reserved court, you should cancel as soon as possible so that the court may be used by other members.
  • All cancellations within 24 hours of start time are logged as "late-cancellations" and reviewed by the committee.
  • Guest Fees are always automatically refunded.
  • Airdome Late-Cancellation Charges
    • There are no late-cancellation charges when Airdome bookings are cancelled more than 24 hours prior to start time (Guest Fees are also automatically refunded).
    • Within 24 hours, the booking fee in non-refundable unless the same court and start time is rebooked by another member -- in this case, the late-cancellation charge is automatically refunded.
  • Refunds are removed (deleted) from your account, they do not show in your Account History.
• Member Accounts
  • You must have sufficient credit in order to book Airdome courts.
  • If your account is outstanding with guest fees or late-cancellation charges, you must top-up (Buy Credit) in order to have a least zero balance to continue booking outdoor courts or sufficient credit for booking Airdome courts.
  • You can purchase credit (£20 minimum) with any credit/debit card when logged in.
  • Your transaction will be processed by Stripe, and your booking system account will be credited immediately.
  • Members can share booking fees by transfering credit to each other within the system.
    • On the day playing, members are sent Booking Reminder email messages which, for the playing partners/opponents, contain links to share the cost of the booking fees paid by the members who booked the courts.
    • Members can also use the facility to Transfer Credit any time when logged into the system.
  • Credit on Members Accounts is non-refundable after 14 days of purchase date.
