Clubhouse WIFI and heating

Dear [[firstname]] [[lastname]]

Just so you know, we have today upgraded our clubhouse internet router. Hopefully speeds will be increased and more stable going forward (running at 930 MB per sec download and 486 MBs per second upload when tested at lunchtime today). The upgrade has impacted much of our infrastructure at the club, not least the password. The new password is on the noticeboard in the hallway (right hand side). The quick access QR code does work, saving you having to type in the new password, but don't place your phone camera too close!

Floodlights, most safeguarding CCTV cameras (a few still to reconnect), and the heaters were all back on and working. Please do not adjust the heaters, turn them on or off. They are all set to a schedule for when we have the most traffic in the clubhouse. If they are fiddled with (you are on camera!), it interupts the schedule, they go off and they are then inoperable until a committee member can get to the clubhouse to reinstall. Everyone is cold.

There is one mesh booster installed to extend the wifi coverage and we plan to install at least one more, plus extenders, when the internet signal has settled down and is stable.

Best wishes,

SSLTC Committee
